Preparing Your Art Work
What kind of materials do you print on?
The banners we produce are printed on either 540gsm PVC or 300gsm MESH, that are both M1 fire rated.
All stationary is printed on 100 gsm + laser safe bond or higher.
Business Cards are printed on a thick 350gsm Bonded Board.
What resolution is you printing produced at?
We print at 300dpi or higher depending on the product, at a resolution of up to 1440dpi -(Photographic quality)
Do you offer a discount for 1 or 2 colour printing?
All our products are printed in full colour CMYK, we cannot offer discount for single / two colours.
What's the difference between PVC and MESH?
Mesh contains tiny holes and is commonly used for large banners attached to scaffolding or if you think it may be affected by strong winds.
How long will the banners last - Are they weather proof?
The banners are weather proof and will last as long as they are cared for. We cannot guarantee banners from wind damage.
Payments
How do I pay for my products?
Your order needs to be placed via our web site and paid for by credit or debit card.
Can I pay by cheque or set up an account?
We only accept credit / debit card payments via our paypal terminal and are unable to offer any account facilities.
Can you post me an invoice?
This is an automated service and you will receive your invoice via email to the email address you have given on your order. However if you request a new invoice for any reason please email us.
Complaints Procedure
I have submitted my order but have not received my proof.
We aim to proof your order by email within 24hrs. Due to seasonal variations this may take slightly longer but we endeavour to have this with you no later than 48hrs. Sometimes these can end up in you junk / spam folder. To track your proofs please email info@3cmedia.co.uk not forgetting to add your Order Number.
My order is wrong
If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 5 working days of the problem - Please remember to include your Order Reference Number so that we can rectify the problem quickly.
The courier was late delivering I want a refund for the delivery?
We cannot be held liable for late deliveries by the couriers and cannot offer a refund on the delivery cost if the parcel is late.
