This page is here to help you with the delivery of your products
so that they arrive at the right location and on time.

Turn Around Times

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days, if you need it any sooner just ask. It would help us if when ordering you make a note in the special instructions box of when you need your order by. Due to seasonal variations we can be extremely busy and don't want to let you down.

Do you deliver abroad?

We can deliver abroad but most of our custom is in Mainland UK. Destinations out side the Mainland Uk will require different postage calculations as we are working on world delivery options at the moment. Please ring or email to find out more.

Can you deliver on Saturday's?

Yes providing you do not wish for it to be signed for. Other wise no as our couriers only deliver week days.

How will my items be delivered if signed for?

Your package will be delivered with the couriers APC. It is dispatched on a next day before 4.00pm service.

Can you send on a timed delivery?

Unfortunately we can only deliver on a Next Day before 4.00pm service. Once the item has left us we have no control over when you will receive it.

What are your Web site delivery times?

Unfortunately we can not give specific times for delivery times on web sites. However, once you have committed to working with us to produce a web site, we aim to complete the smaller ones with in 2 weeks and the larger with in the month.

Can I track my order?

Once we have booked the parcel with the couriers we are given a Consignment Number - we will email this to you the day prior to dispatch. This will allow you to ring APC and find out where and at what time your package will be delivered.
